The timer will end Monday at 5 PM PST (GMT-8). Two things.
First off, from what I can tell digging into the nuts and bolts of the site, the video is not actually a video. It's a live steam.
Secondly, the timer does indeed finish at 5PM (PST). Coincidently, guess what else starts at 5PM (PST)?
The Sony Press Conference at E3. Not to mention the description on the site says "and more surprises".
