Anyone else thinking of resubbing to eve?

Like I mentioned in another thread I'm seriously considering resubbing to eve in order to build some ISK up for supporting my guy in Dust 514. Is anyone else thinking of doing the same or will we be better off just waiting until release to see how interaction between the two games goes?

The only way I was to ever play eve again was if they added a FPS aspect after WiS. For a couple years now friends and I have said the perfect game would combine Planetsides planetary combat with the world of Eve-Online. I'm pumped!

As I said in another thread, I would like to get into the industrial side of supporting EVE. Who knows, I may become a big times arms dealer, supplying a whole heap of DUST groups with guns and such. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_ugeek.gif" alt=":ugeek:" title="Uber Geek" />
Reckon I could get some good support for selling some nice guns...

Eve Online Package Contains:

60 Day Game Time – Useable by both new and current players.
Instant War Access – Retail box buyers will receive an in-game certificate that will give them instant access to Factional Warfare, while other users have to spend considerable time earning the right to fight for the factions.
Career Guide – For the first in the history of EVE, CCP will offer players goals in the form of what career they want to pursue and the inside advice on how to get there. This might become the biggest thing in this box if this works well.
VIP Pass – Players are told how they can invite their friends and give them VIP Access to EVE Online in the form an extended trial and if the friend becomes a subscriber the player will get a 30 day free game time added to their account.
Special Edition Ship – Players will get an exclusive ship in-game. It is special type of a shuttle that is ideal to move things around due to much increased cargo space. This is the first time CCP has created an exclusive ship, so we believe our current player base will be very interested in this.

You should resub. Whatever you end up doing only makes the game better.

I am a little uneasy about DUST but we plan to have a corporate DUST squad. Maybe you'd be interested in joining the effort.

I would like to both resub and get a new account via the boxed game, but until I my financial situation improves in these most unstable times, I would feel guilty about doing it. I've been spinning models of the Eve ships around in Garry's mod, just it's just not the same... <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" />

I re-subbed about 4 days ago after a forced 3 month vacation. Like the OP, I am going to gather up some ISK but to help out a friend who plans on playing Dust 514. A few friends actually.

I'm thinking of re-subscribing to EVE. It's been a while and I miss the game. I also need something to do when I can't be with my SO who also played EVE. Whether or not we could ever make the waves we did at the height of our EVE careers, I've no idea but having characters that've been in existence since 2004 is likely to have its advantages. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" />

I had five accounts on EVE before the economy went belly-up forcing me to withdraw from the game completely. I really did enjoy it. I often think about returning but my character is in low sec space with capital ships in an abandoned corp. I really would like to log in someday to help my xbox character when Dust comes online. Until then, I'll be content with Sgt. Cortez: Billy Bad-A** from the Lambda Brigade!

Maybe, someday. After long break. Though some my good mates left the game, some after raising of price for Europe players , and due other problems...
I wait until see new expansion.
